While compressed in its shipping profile, the GearDeck plastic material can develop a wavey look on its exposed edges due to how it is packed. The twin lids are designed to nest and fit neatly, tightly, and securely inside the GearDeck tray for final packaging within UPS size limits.

How to fix it:

1. Assemble your GearDeck and set outside in the sun. Once GearDeck is assembled and had time out of its box warmed by the sun, the material will quickly return to its original shape.
