GearDeck Cargo Carrier: Built with High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HMWPE)

The GearDeck® Cargo Carrier is a versatile solution for hauling travel cargo and utility equipment, designed for RV towables, truck campers, and mid-sized vehicles. Its durability and performance are significantly enhanced by its construction material, High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HMWPE).

High Molecular Weight Polyethylene plastic known as HMWPE for super quality and long-lasting performance.

About High Molecular Weight Polyethylene

What is it? - Engineering grade polyethylene material that is abrasion, impact, moisture, and UV and Extreme temperature resistant.

What is it use for?

  • Automotive - fenders, bumpers, dash panels.
  • Medical - joint replacements like hips and knees.

I just opened my GearDeck and the material as a wave at the edge, what do I do?

While compressed in its shipping profile, the GearDeck plastic material can develop a wavey look on its exposed edges due to how it is packed. The twin lids are designed to nest and fit neatly, tightly, and securely inside the GearDeck tray for final packaging within UPS size limits.

How to fix it:

  1. Assemble your GearDeck and set outside in the sun. Once GearDeck is assembled and had time out of its box warmed by the sun, the material will quickly return to its original shape.

That's all, GearDeck's automotive grade EPDM rubber weather seal is water-tight behind the trim lines for all your outdoor performance needs.

Following this easy step completes the assembly of the GearDeck. For any further inquiries, feel free to reach out to Let's Go Aero at 719-630-3800 or via email at contact@letsgoaero.com, ensuring you have all the support you need for your outdoor adventures.Top of Form
