Shipping Policies & Receiving Procedures

Depending on their size, Let’s Go Aero products ship by either the UPS/FedEx ground and U.S. postal services for small package, or by our Freight Truck service network for larger items. Freight items entail logistical considerations and service fees outlined below, depending on your delivery location. Should we notice any delivery locations outside our service rates on your order, a Let’s Go Aero shipping specialist will contact you prior to shipping any freight truck items to verify your location zoning and receiving capacity for any special arrangements at a fee to be made if necessary.

Free shipping is not available for overstock, open box returns, and other sale items.

Shipping methods vary according to the size of the product and our fulfillment process when ordering through the Let’s Go Aero shopping cart. For faster delivery from the closest distribution center near you and option to ship to a local dealer for in-store pickup where available, some items are shipped and managed by the Parts Via Fulfillment Team. All details are provided during the checkout process.

Items fulfillment by Let’s Go Aero will be processed for shipment within 24-48 hours for items in stock. In the event of back order, you will be contacted via email from a Let’s Go Aero customer support staff member.

Depending on the item(s) ordered, lead times for shipment after order placement is generally between 1 to 5 business days. Delivery lead times are estimates only; shipper does not guarantee delivery lead time estimates nor does Let’s Go Aero unless Guaranteed Delivery Services are ordered prior to shipment where available. Contact Let’s Go Aero for rates and to make arrangements.

A broker agent is required for importation of freight trucked products into Canada. Buyer is responsible for customs broker services, duty, taxes, etc as required by the Canadian government. However, Let’s Go Aero can assist with transit and export services to Canada for products other than trailers, so please contact us for a quote and to make the necessary arrangements by phone order. Note that this is only possible for purchases placed directly with Let's Go Aero and for shipments to Canada (we cannot facilitate via a third party seller). UPS/FedEx/USPS Small Package Shipments. Be sure to inspect your shipment upon receipt for any visible alteration to packaging or palleting, and for concealed damage. In the event of packaging alteration, consignee should inspect goods for concealed damage with driver present. It is imperative to note your observations on the deliver receipt and notify Let’s Go Aero within 24 hours to make your claim. All packaging must be saved for carrier inspection.

For your convenience, we include instruction notices on our freight palleted shipments. By following these industry standard procedures required of the consignee, you are equipped for Let’s Go Aero to assist you to the fullest extent possible. Contact Let’s Go Aero immediately for assistance with replacing incidental parts and/or submitting a freight claim.

Change of addresses after orders have been processed to leave our dock are not included in Let's Go Aero's shipping rates. Buyer should beware that carrier fees are extremely high for address changes (when possible); buyer is responsible for all fees.

Orders cancelled after the item has processed are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA number, and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, all shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a restocking fee will apply.

Trailers are not eligible for return unless they are damaged in transit or the item received is different from the one ordered.

We package all our items (small package and freight palleted items) with extreme care and reinforcements to make it to you without a scratch. Sometimes shipping companies make mistakes; we will hold them accountable provided you follow standard industry required receiving protocols:

Purchaser must inspect all freight shipments immediately for accuracy and damage, both obvious and concealed. Any alteration to external crating and/or visible damage to product MUST BE NOTED on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing (a signature on delivery receipt is a waiver of carrier responsibility for damages incurred during shipment). Upon inspection for determination of the extent of the damage, buyer may accept or refuse the shipment. Please contact us immediately for assistance at 719-630-3800, and take photos.

Shipping damage not noted on the delivery ticket will be the responsibility of the buyer. However, we are always willing to assist within reason and in the event of concealed damage reported immediately upon receipt, or for small replacement components. In event of accepting shipment with delivery receipt noted for damage, Let's Go Aero can assist with damage replacement parts and for assistance with filing a claim if needed. You must take photos and save all packaging during the claims process until notification from Let's Go Aero.

Proper procedures noted above must be followed and original crating materials including pallet and inner cartons are required in order to return.
