Great concept but needs some better hardware and straps.

First of all, I would like to say that the concept is great. The hoist and the frame are made of durable metal. Unfortunately, the hardware is suspect. The two bolts that hold the U channel down for the upper arm brackets were found to be too short. The nylon threaded blocking nuts do not engage far enough on the bolt. As a result, while going down the highway the nuts worked themselves completely and my bikes fell over against my camper. Thankfully, I had a ratchet strap on that held them in place long enough for me to get new bolts. Then I double nutted those bolts. I have not had a problem since with that. Moving onto the straps, they are difficult to get them through the latch. The longer strap that you use to pick the bike up, broke due to poor stitching dropping my bike on my arm. So in conclusion, the technical people need to review the length of bolts used for the U channel. And perhaps just go with a straight Velcro strapping system. I believe I will be happy with the system once I get the bugs worked out of it. Moving forward, your company needs to really look into this because it is a safety hazard.

Carrier seems well made but hardware is cheap. Bolts are cheap and will rust.

Do you recommend a cover that works well with the jack-E rack

Lets Go Aero

The use of covers is actually not warranted with Jack-IT Carrier due to the extreme wind drag caused by the additional cover.

I have a 2023 Coachmen Catalina. It is 23’ long from back to tip of trailer hitch. Is the trailer frame strong enough to hold the weight of the Jack-E and one e-bike and one regular bicycle? Thanks.

Lets Go Aero

We have a diagram here of measurements but it sounds like with 23in of clearance that will not be enough: https://www.letsgoaero.com/cdn/shop/files/Jack-ETrailerClearance-100_0bcd34f4-1254-4b22-9948-c540387e01d7_2048x2048.jpg?v=1762960240

Does this A frame rack work with anti-sway load balancer attached the A-frame

Lets Go Aero

Yes, but it depends on the RV and distribution system you are using. Not all fit. We recommend reviewing our dimension under the specification tab or under images to be sure it will fit your set-up.
