Jack-IT® PRO is our heaviest-duty model for carrying two bicycles while offering new ways to utilize optimal space over the A-frame trailer tongue with built-in receiver ports for carrying more bikes, generators, grills, and other outdoor living gear with accessory add-ons.

First, when researching if the rack would work on my Intech OVR, Amanda in support was super helpful. Because the OVR is built like a tank I needed some spacers under the rack and she pointed me in the right direction. “ https://allproadventures.com/products/spacer-plate-for-jack-it-bike-rack “. The space was higher on the truck end due to huge bolts/spacers on the OVR so I used some bolt spacers on the RV side to level it out. I also had to get 2” bolts due to the raised space, the kit comes with 1.5” which were just a little short.
Removing the jack and reinstalling in the rack was a bit tricky, pretty tight fit. Other obstacles was the power to the jack, had to cut it and splice in a new section so next time I can remove it without cutting the power cord. The rack itself went together in about 30 minutes, piece of cake. The only issue with the OVR is it sets high for off road so the bikes are up there but if you hang the back wheel first it’s not hard to hang the bike. Also, it never hurts to ask for a discount, I got 5% off, best price I could find. :). I think this is going to be a great solution as there is way too much bounding behnd the trailer. The two bike spin carrier is super stable and supports more weight.
Can I use the bike rack in tandem with the stack it tray add on?
Yes! They are designed to work together!
We need a front mount bike rack like this for our travel trailer that can hold two E-Bikes, total weight 142 pounds. This says it only holds two 40 pound bikes. Do you make a holder that will accommodate what we need? Thank you!
Unfortunately, we do not have a product that is capable of transporting bikes that heavy onto Jack-IT at this time, but hopefully we'll have a solution ometime next year.
Can I use I bike cover or bag with the Jack-IT PRO?
No, the Jack-IT PRO is not warrantied for use with bike covers, bags or any other non-Let's Go Aero accessory.
