Love the unit but notice others have the same issue with the carrier rocking back and forth while driving. I ordered and installed clamps which eliminated the problem. This solution does not hinder the ease of sliding the carrier back when desired. The clamps are adjusted for minimum clamping pressure.

Fantastic. From ordering to delivery and with help from my brother who put it together and installed it, was awesome. The product was a bit more expensive than I wanted to spend but after driving 6,149 miles in 3 weeks it was perfect for hauling a family of 6 luggage and dog carrier, with some room to spare and keeping it dry! Glad I made the purchase. If you travel and need space you can't go wrong with this. Fit into parking spaces on street with no issues. You'll be glad you made the investment, I am !

The GearSpace seems like a perfect fit for the 2021 Winnebago View 24V. It clears the ladder without needing a hitch extension, and it allows the rear cargo door to fully open when in the extended position. With the hitch receiver already being 20" off the ground, I thought the 6" rise on the GearSpace mount would make it hard to reach in and considered getting the flat spline accessory instead. However, I kind of like the extra height to be able to get under the carrier to access the hitch. Being 5'8" tall, I can still reach in for the most part, but I just bought an 8" step to make it easier. I did order the wire plug adapter, D-ring tie-downs, and the hitch pin lock accessories. There is some rattle since there is some play between the sliding twin tubes, but it's not really noticeable while driving. I've driven through heavy rain at highway speed and the GearSpace stayed dry inside. The only downside is that it does get hot inside. On a sunny day with temperatures over 95 deg. F, I measured 157 deg. F while parked. When driving, it's a bit lower around 140-145 F. I'm looking to add some insulation to try and reduce the peak temperature. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the GearSpace. It is very convenient for added storage and allows easy access to the rear cargo door and ladder.

We are loving our new cargo carrier. With the landing gear attachment, the system is easily attached and removed from the back of our vehicle. There is ample cargo space and the waterproofing/resistance is top notch. The only thing I can say I wish it had was a little bit more of an extension away from our vehicle so that we could fully open the double doors. All in all a vast improvement over all the other carriers we have used previously.

The cargo carrier is absolutely perfect for our Coachmen Concord Class B+ Motor Home. It looks great and is very functional. The carrier is very accessible and keep everything dry. Thanks for making a great product.

We bought our Gearspace 34 in August of 2018 and used it on our cross country trip from Washington State to Maine and beyond (Nova Scotia) and back again over 2-1/2 months. It worked flawlessly for us as a bike carrier as well as for other miscellaneous cargo like shoes, jackets and other clothing, camp chairs. The space stayed 100% dry through all kinds of weather and we liked the fact that it locked securely with interior contents unknown to others. We find the GearSpace 34 to be made of high quality materials which should last many years. We would highly recommend it to anyone who has a need for more protected storage space in a convenient package. It is easy to install and maintain.

Lots of compliments on the carrier. It helped us declutter our rv. But the landing gear was hard to use. The angle iron frame eventually bent. I bought an inexpensive hydraulic lift table for under $50 and it works great.

Worked great. Easy to use and haul.

The bike mount didn't work too well in my case. But that may be because my handlebars are 26" wide, which is about the limit for being able to close the lid, and that is with a 30-7/8" height from the fork mount to the top of the handle bars. With a bike length of 54-1/2" (back wheel to fork), it fits so snugly that I don't even need the mount and the bike stays in place. However, I didn't like the point loading of the fork on the bottom of the GearSpace, so I ordered the bike mount. But in order to get the mount to work, I had to straighten out one end of the mounting brackets and then bend the bracket downwards about 25 deg. to minimize the skewer height so that the lid can still close. Good thing the steel was ductile enough to take the abuse. I only had a vice-grip plier and a hammer, so the end result looks bad, but at least it worked.
